Once an order is placed and confirmed via our website, your event date is secured, and our team begins preparing for your catering needs.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
  • 15-30 Days Before the Event: For cancellations made 15-30 days before the event, we offer a 50% refund of the total order amount.
  • Less than 15 Days Before the Event: Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance preparations and supplies purchased.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your event, please let us know at the earliest possible time. Rescheduling requests made within 15 days of the event may incur a fee of [XX]% of the order amount to cover costs associated with the original date.

4. Force Majeure
